1. Your child's class teacher knows your child better than any other member of staff and will be able to support in the first instance. If they feel that you need to speak to another member of staff, they will facilitate this.

2. If you feel that an issue has not been resolved or you would like to pass on a positive comment, please request to speak to our Deputy Headteacher, Miss Nicholson. If you need to speak to someone about support for you or your family then please contact our Inclusion Manager, Mrs Dawson, who will be happy to support you. If you have spoken to the class teacher and feel you need further support with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities please contact Mrs Magill/Mr Malcom (our SENDco) or Mrs Dawson (Inclusion Manager).

3. After you have received support from these members of staff, if you still feel that you need further support please request to speak to Mrs Harris, who will be happy to help you.

NB: If you have a concern about any member of staff please speak directly to the Headteacher. If your concern is about the Headteacher, please contact our Chair of Governors.
