We are a Cashless School
When your child starts school at Violet Way, you will be provided with information about your secure online ParentPay account and an activation letter. Your account is activated using a unique username and password. When you sign in for the first time, you will be prompted to change these, and to keep them safe and secure. If you have more than one child at our school, or children at other ParentPay schools, you can create a single account login for all your children. Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away. Parents who need to continue making payments by cash may do so using the PayPoint network at local convenience stores. Ordering Meals via ParentPay
Parents should also use ParentPay to order their child's school meals through their Meal Manager system. There are several benefits for parents and children in pre-ordering meals online.
- Parents can be confident their child will receive the meal they selected, even if they are the last class to have their lunch.
- Parents can update Meal Manager with any allergens and special dietary requirements, ensuring that your child is eating meals that are safe for them.
- Parents can be confident that religious and special dietary requirements will be observed.
- Meals can be ordered in advance and in bulk so you can conveniently pre-order all your child's meals for a week or all of the half term in one go.
